William Bruno Santo, CRFM, Managing Partner

William Bruno Santo is a successful business executive, innovative luxury marketer, accomplished pianist and experienced guest and seminar lecturer. 

Mr. Santo’s concentration of studies at Roosevelt University in Chicago and Arizona State University gave him an in-depth foundation in Business, Math, Music Composition, Classical Organ and Piano as well, as Quantitative Systems and Analysis.  These skills were further enhanced with extensive studies at the graduate level in the field of fundraising at Indiana-Purdue University earning him a CFRM. 

In the business world as an entrepreneur, Mr. Santo has founded numerous start-up companies and developed many trend-setting concepts to capitalize on his vision.  Throughout his career he has been involved in the marketing of luxury products, strategically pairing special events with Fine Arts Organizations and the Fine Arts Departments of Higher Education Institutions and working closely with University Presidents, Development Directors, and Donors to secure required funding for their needs.  Mr. Santo’s efforts over the past 18 years with educational institutions has secured  Millions of dollars in funds to helped reverse the deteriorating quality of pianos in Fine Arts Departments throughout the US. His methods in inventory analysis, the life cycle of Grand Pianos and Fine Arts fundraising are now the worldwide standard in the piano industry.

Mr. Santo continues to work with Donors, Fine Arts Organizations, Luxury Product Merchants and Institutions of Higher Learning in his life-long commitment to strengthen the foundation of Fine Arts for our future generations.



Tammy K. Mair, Marketing

Tammy uses her creative and analytical mind to generate and produce our individualized institutional reports.  Over the past 14 years, she has facilitated the advertising, marketing and logistics of all Red Bird on-site sales promotions in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, Utah, Florida and more.  She is the main point of contact for our national team, coordinating each installation personally.  Through planning and experience, her goal is to ensure that our piano refresh program proceeds with minimal interruption to your music department.

Catherine McQuilkin, Institutional Specialist

Catherine's strengths lie in her effective leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and her ability to use her conceptual mind to create solutions.  She has a successful record of accomplishment in non-profit management, fundraising, inter-agency collaboration and mediation.  She spent 5 years as Program Director for a mid sized non-profit, with an operating budget of over $1,000,000 as well as 7 years in community fundraising for a Marin County School District.  Catherine's experience in both the non-profit and education sectors provide insight into the challenges and intricacies of institutional systems - enabling her to know how to navigate them successfully.  Her ability to hold a clear vision of the goals and objectives for your music department make it possible for her to implement the appropriate plan to secure new pianos and other musical instruments.

Juliy Divine, Institutional Selection Coordinator

Juliy manages our Texas Institutional Selection Center and is the liaison for all Texas area institutions.  She has over 10 years experience in fundraising with non-profit organizations. Juliy has also been involved with the development of student recruitment campaigns targeted at the community college level.  Her extensive background in account management and administration of outreach events brings unique talents to the Red Bird Team.  Juliy is looking forward to enriching the quality of music education across Texas.

Glenna B. Santo, Multimedia Development

Glenna is a renowned curriculum and multimedia developer.  Her unique talents are essential in making our presentations professional and powerful.  More important are her years of experience within the educational system; Glenna provides valuable insights and ensures we follow the guidelines of administration.

Dr. Alejandro Sabre, Professor of Music

Dr. Sabre holds a Master's Degree in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance and Literature with a minor in Music Theory from Eastman School of Music.  As a pianist, composer and full-time professors he provides valuable insights and advice on the inner workings of college and university systems.  He is currently the Director of the Piano Program at Modesto Junior College.
